Injury Prevention 

Implementing dynamic stretches and warm-up exercises to minimize injury risk.

Distribution

Goalkeeper touch the ball 7 times with their feet every 1 time they use their hands. 

Basic Handling

This is when we look to develop the goalkeeper's technical ability by having high repetitions for the greatest impact
